One-time Oscar nominee Josh Brolin (Milk) is reportedly in talks to star in Jurassic World, the fourth installment in the dinosaur franchise.

Jurassic World (previously known as Jurassic Park 4) is an upcoming American science-fiction adventure film and the fourth in the Jurassic Park film series. The film was originally scheduled to be released on June 13, 2014, but re-entered development with a scheduled release date of June 12, 2015.

Since the release of the third Jurassic Park film in 2001, progress on a potential fourth film was put in "development hell" for more than a decade. In early 2013, Universal Pictures announced a release date and director for Jurassic Park 4. Trevorrow said the film will take place 22 years after the events of the first film.

Brolin has a number of projects scheduled for release this and next year, including Jason Reitman's Labor Day, Spike Lee's English-language remake of Oldboy, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, and Paul Thomas Anderson's adaptation of Thomas Pynchon's Inherent Vice.[/vc_column_text][/vc_row]
