PatchVault Free Taster for Kontakt by Rhythmic Robot

Rhythmic Robot has released a free taster for its upcoming PatchVault vintage synths patches for Native Instruments Kontakt.

PatchVault takes original, authentic sounds from vintage hardware synthesizers and wrapping them in a simple but clever modern interface. The GUI is easy to use featuring an Amplifier, a Tilt EQ, a 4-pole Filter and a Mod Wheel. PatchVault can map MIDI velocity to both amplifier and filter cutoff, this makes it different from what the old synthesizers can do.

Also, it features a Chorus and Tube Saturation controls to enhance your sound, plus a Limiter control. But if you want to have the original sound without any artifacts, you can switch off all of the modern additions and enjoying the pure, raw sound of vintage hardware synths.

This free taster includes the very first factory sound of Roland’s Jupiter 6 synthesizer and will give you a feel about how PatchVault patches might work in your mix. The Roland Jupiter-6 (JP-6) Synth was launched back in January 1983, as an alternative to the more expensive Roland Jupiter-8. JP-6 is capable of producing a wide variety of sounds and is considered a “workhorse” among analog synthesizers.

If you like this free taster Kontakt instrument, keep an eye on the Rhythmic Robot website for the entire Jupiter 6 soundset, which will be coming very soon! For more details, download options, and demos please check the link below.

Note that all Rhythmic Robot Kontakt instruments require a full copy of Native Instruments Kontakt v4.2.3 or higher.
